To qualify you must:
Be a current resident of the Debra Dynes OCH Community
Be pursuing post-secondary education/training
Be entering or currently enrolled for the 2026-2027 school year
Submit application form and 500 word essay explaining your future goals
Opens: Monday June 1, 2026
Closes: Friday, August 15th 2026

Be a current or former resident of the Debra Dynes OCH Community
Be a Black woman (Preference will be given to women of Caribbean heritage)
Be pursuing post-secondary education at recognized university or college in Canada
Be entering or currently enrolled for the 2026-2027 school year
Submit application form and 500 word essay explaining your future goals
